Uninspired thus far. Another rehash of the Blood War, with typical background info, and then a bunch of stuff on how to go deep with elven campaigns.

The cultist benefits were neat. I'm noticing a trend that the 2nd half of these books are where I find my value, so let's see if that holds.

But man.. the art is GORGEOUS.

Oh look! Let's read about the Blood Wars again!

Still not impressed by the way the Chult cultures are in the book, but the setting itself, and the dungeons in the book are stellar.

So far... just okay. I'm not blown away by the plot, and to be honest, the racial overtones are just kinda... well, I think that horse has been beaten to death already.

The maps are pretty solid.

Hopeful it gets better.

Excited for this, despite its supposed racial failures. Chult has always intrigued me.

Pretty fun book, though there's little meat to it.

Mediocre so far. Too many characters introduced very quickly.

Almost done... So close I can taste the cliffhanger ending and inevitable sequel.
