You know, I just realized what I REALLY want from this series: a side novel completely devoted to the adventures of Big Enough and its Kitsen crew (admittedly, due to certain events, this wouldn't be as fun as it could've been). That would be awesome.

Just want to do a little shout out for this book. Something I've noticed is that rereading a book is the real test of quality. A book can hit you at the right time and the surprises can really delight you and you'll love it, but on the second read-through, you know all that, so it's easier to be critical and to see the flaws: well, I'm glad to say that I'm loving this just as much on the re-read.

There were several point this past six months when I REALLY wanted to start rereading this, but i held out... until I could count it for my goodreads reading challenge again :)

I'm really enjoying rereading Skyward. For some reason, I remembered having rather mixed feelings about it the first time.
