I chose this book because it seemed interesting and I like mystery books because they can hold my attention better than other genres. I would like to maintain my focus while reading and always stay on task and read the amount that I need done

I just started this book so I do not know much about what is happening yet but I already have some wandering questions like were both of the deaths at the lake related or is it just a coincidence? and did the little boy really see his mom die or is it some myth made up by the town. Maybe I will eventually find out the answers to these questions as I continue to read more in the book.

On page 255 Richie says "where have you been?". This text leaves me wondering if Richie knows something is up and she really is not always at Tina's house 24/7. I wonder if he knows that she has a boyfriend or that it is not always Tina she is with, could he possibly know from Eleanors siblings or somebody around town?

After finishing the book I have a few more questions that are unanswered. What happened to Eleanor's mom and siblings did they leave town? are they even alive still? it all leaves me questioning what happened but overall I really enjoyed the book and I recommend it to anybody who wants a good book about teen love or drama.

On page 210, Park's mom comes up with a great idea of giving Eleanor a makeover and she really does not want to do it but his mom insist that she does and Eleanor hates the final look but Park really likes it and then thinks it is a good idea to start wearing eye liner to school and I though that was a little odd, his dad also hates that he did it.

On page 214 Park's mom asks Eleanor if she can give her a "makeover" and at first she is super hesitant and does not want to go through with it but finally gives in and I think that her doing this created a better bond with her and his mom because she got to do something with Eleanor that she really enjoyed

When I was reading a lot of new stuff happened and earlier on in the book Park's mom had said the words "what do you see in this white girl" which came off in a very negative tone that made it seem like she was not a fan of Eleanor and she isn't but later on in the book she apologizes to Park for being unkind to her and not open to a new woman in the house and I think she is really starting to see her true colors.

Eleanor and Park had their first kiss with eachother and they were both super nervous but they made the moment special and a bit awkward. I wonder how eleanor felt after that happened and if she told her friends about it or not. Also richie has been even more mean than usual so I wonder if her mom will leave him or stay

I am really enjoying this book because I liked Dear Martin a lot and so I wanted to read the second book to see how different it was or if it was more or less interesting, I like the book because it has things in it that I cannot relate to like being a black male in the world. They are treated so differently and I like to be able to read about that and see how different our lives are.

Park invited Eleanor over to his house and she told her mom she was going to Tina's house so she would not ask any further questions and Eleanor went over to his house and was super nervous and did not stay for a long time and ended up leaving. Is she afraid to meet his dad or did she just feel awkward at his house hanging out?

In Eleanor and Park there has been a lot of new things going on like Eleanor going to babysit for her dad who she does not live with and I think that she really enjoyed that and it is making me wonder if she is going to want to go live with her dad in the future.

Eleanor and Parks relationship is continuing to grow and they talked on the phone for awhile and when Eleanor had to hang up right as she did Park said the words "I love you" so that is a big part of the story now and what may happen next. I am wondering if Park has a good relationship with his dad or if they just joke around a lot because I am not able to really tell yet how they are together.

In the book, Eleanor and Parks relationship has progressed ever since the beginning of the story and the things they say and do are way different than before. I feel like this book is a mirror for me because I can relate to what Eleanor feels and what she is going through like the feeling of having a crush on somebody because that has happened to every teen or even just the way she feels about school and her life.

Eleanors personality is increasing and she is opening up a lot more in the book. She says she realizes how much she really likes park but I am wondering if she is gonna tell him how she feels or not so I will have to keep reading to find out what happens next with them. In the book it says "she nodded and walked away" (rowell 73). This made me think that she was scared or nervous around him and did not want to talk.

The book so far is super interesting and I feel like I can relate to what happens in the book because it is about teens

The book was really eye opening and I enjoyed it a lot. The characters evolved throughout the book so much and I feel like it was definitely something I would not experience so it was cool to see what happens to other people

As I am reading this book it has opened my eyes to see how black people are treated in the world today and how unfair it is, the events that happen in this book are real life events and happen all around the world everyday and the book is super realistic and keeping me entertained so I am excited to keep reading.

I just started this book today but so far it is really good and is holding my attention

The story got more intense as it went on and the characters have evolved

The characters in the book have gotten more comfortable with eachother as the book has progressed and I feel like everytime I read I learn something new about each one of them.

The book is getting more interesting as I keep reading and I really like how realistic the situation is. Teen pregnancy is a big problem in the world today and it is also very difficult to deal with and this book sort of dives into those moments and just what the future could be

The main character Liz has a very wise personality and seems like somebody that you could look up to, she keeps the story interesting to read and Im always wondering what advice she will give next in the book.

The characters have really developed throughout the book and sometimes I feel like I am apart of it and I can feel the emotions of the characters and events they go through
