Book is starting to get really good! It’s part true crime and part process. Really enjoying this.

Finished “Animal Farm”... meh.
Started on “1984” but just can’t get into it. Need something else to read that isn’t a dystopian future; I’m setting it aside until after this ‘ambiguously stressful’ time.

Like Holiday’s other “Stoic” books, this is a fast read. And like those this one two should be read more than once... fly through the book on the first go, then come back and go slow, and last take a third pass, this time slow and meandering.

In the midst of COVID, racial unrest and injustice, and political upheaval, I can’t get into “1984.” Thankfully “Chaos” arrived today. I’m not to far in yet but I like the author’s style and I am captivated by the subject (Mason is merely a myth to me having never read shelter Skelter having not been born yet when this happened). I can’t wait to get deeper.
