Read the “Thrive” chapter first. Simplified but really good material on mental performance for tactical athletes that I have not seen in any other book about Health/Fitness/Wellness for tactical athletes. Reading the “Sweat” chapter now. Seems fairly basic so far (but that is compared to the depth of knowledge presented in NSCAs Essentials of Tactical Strength & Conditioning) which written for coaches.

Spelling error in the second sentence of chapter 2 (“never” instead of “nerve”). Later starts a sentence with the number “75” rather than spelling it out. Obviously this book was self-published and suffers from want of a good editor.
