Read the “Thrive” chapter first. Simplified but really good material on mental performance for tactical athletes that I have not seen in any other book about Health/Fitness/Wellness for tactical athletes. Reading the “Sweat” chapter now. Seems fairly basic so far (but that is compared to the depth of knowledge presented in NSCAs Essentials of Tactical Strength & Conditioning) which written for coaches.
