Kimbot the Destroyer > Recent Status Updates

I need someone to reassure me that something happens in this book. I want to like it but I strongly suspect that all the characters are going to be separated for the majority of the text and they never developed enough rapport in the first one for me to give two shits if they ever get the team back together. They weren't a cohesive unit by the end of the last one.

I gave it a couple days to see if my mood was affecting how I felt about this. I am starting to think I MUST be being unfair in my critique because I don't think I've hated a novel more in my adult life.

All I'm getting from this is frustration tinged with disgust.

This is turning into a hate read. Gonna finish simply to satisfy my curiosity about why this series is considered some of the greatest sci fi of all time.
