Rereading this childhood favorite of mine. I want to read it for my daughter, but I'd have to do some live editing of dated racial terms. Ende apparently wrote this book as an anti-Nazi and pro-diversity book, but there are still some unfortunate words and, more importantly, stereotypes in here.
