Soo good. Perfect for a Stephen King Sunday.

This story is growing on me. Not as good as The Drawing of the Three, but better than The Gunslinger.

This part is I guess supposed to be thrilling, but it's just dragging... who edited this crap?

Aww, he's trying to make his version of a Salem's Lot, and failing miserably. It's kinda sad to read an author's "best work" and the work is so flat. 300 pages of dribble. Should have started around page 300. Introducing a somewhat main character in the middle of the book, not a fan. I wish I would have re read Salem's Lot. And I don't appreciate the bait and switch of a title. It should be called supernatural story.

Is this written in the 1970s or the 1970s, kinda hard to tell, yet the story is drier than anything I've read in the 1870s. Flat characters, too many characters and they are ALL SIMILAR, too hard to tell who is talking, can't seem to decide a flow for his writing. Nothing really happens until page 322, you could probably skip until that page and still not miss anything. I really hate when men make all females weak...

More peculiar eerie things happening, but I'm bored. It's just build up, build up, build up. Better be worth it. 300 pages in I feel more should be happening.

Interesting but still a slow read.

This might be a book I actually DNF...

Feels like a chore to read so far. GET TO THE POINT.
