Getting closer. Curious how it will end.

Up to Part Four: starting to get some insight into what drives Constable Corona.

The tension is building!

I'm emotionally committed to the story now and eager to find out where it goes.

Up to chapter 52. A little over halfway. The final chapter before Part 3 started felt like a short conclusion typically at the end of a book. That was interesting.

There are a lot more characters in this novel than I expected. I enjoyed the scenes at the Catholic Church with the two priests with different viewpoints.

The scene in the bakery with Stefanie, Vince, and Mr. Sideburns was interesting. Curious to see where this plotline is headed.

Some interesting anecdotes, although it feels a little disjointed at times.

The scene with the constable in the "dungeon" of the game store is well done. I find I'm looking forward to getting back to the story.

Vince is currently in the basement of the game store waiting for the Constable to come down the stairs. I played DND for a little while in middle school and loved it. Haven't played it since!

"Moose Lee" - the little bits of humor make me chuckle.

The story is moving along quickly. I appreciate the little bits of humor sprinkled in the dialogue.
