Status Updates From Confessions of a Wannabe Ch...

That was kind of cute. I won’t be continuing on in this series, but it’s such a great read for a middle grade cheerleading obsessed reader.

This is the fun and goofy read I would have loved as a cheerleading obsessed eight year old. This hits right in the nostalgia. But it does date itself a wee bit.

That's first book of cheerleader.But it is really funny story and we talked a cheerleader and she is boring what is her dad talking. And the super-boy help for them. So funny. I read the book like Monday thru Sunday and I really enjoy to read YA. No matter what!

I will read next the book second soon.

" I would have thought she would say destroying a cheer uniform was next to like graffiti in the American flag." Madison was done being bullied by the titans so she and a couple of friends from the Grizzly team cited to rip up the titans costume before competition she was surprised her mom wasn't mad at her.

Maddison explains how she now found her second family who the Grizzles. She now feels closer to them.

Maddison explains how since she was asked be the Titans to join their group but she declined because she knew that the Grizzles stuck by her and they were her real team.

"We found the apparel fabrics and located the reds, whites, and blues."
(158) Maddison and the Grizzles had raised enough money that she went to the fabric store and brought fabrics to make the uniforms for the Grizzles.

''This would be our moment to really show everyone what we were made of.'' Madison is explaining how she is confident in the team to do well and show everybody that there just not some loser team.

Madison is explaining how there first practice with her mom as the coach went a lot better then what she had expected.

"I know it might sound totally out there, but what would you think if I said I wanted to join your team? asked Jacqui"(116)
Jacqui was a former Titan. Madison noticed that she was hanging around were the Grizzles practiced after school. One day after practice Jacqui walked up to Madison and asked her if she could join the Grizzle team. Madison was excited because she finally believed they finally had a chance.

"Mom was all about my fun-raising idea. But like all things with mom and cheer, she's almost too much about it."(83)
What Nikki is trying to express is that sometimes she gets annoyed that her mom is helping her because she feels her mom is thinking she's a failure because she didn't make the Titans cheerleading team like he mother did but she made the grizzly bears which is expressed as the loser team.

"Will someone PLEASE hand me a shovel so I can bury myself in a deep hola an d never come out ?
Madison is basically say that she feel so embarrassed to be on the Grizzlies team because it's the "b" team .

"Maddison, I just wish you'd consider giving this cheerleading thing a rest, maybe for a little while. Focus on your schoolwork. Don't you want to to have some other extracurricular? Like voluntee-"(49)
Maddison is feeling annoyed because her father is basically telling her to give up on cheerleading because she made the Grizzly Bear team and not the Titans team which is the popular team.

"You could almost say my mom and I have been preparing me for today's tryouts ever since I was old enough to wear her cheer uniform." (Pg.8) Madison basically had cheerleading in he blood. She was really exited but not as much as her mom was.
