Almost done. Love her, the food looks delicious, but too labor intensive for me. Can't decide on my next novel so will start another cookbook when I'm through with this one. Have several novels from which to choose. Hmm.

I really like her. Too many faux meat dishes but most of the others look delicious. Looking forward to the rest of this book.

have looked through this, now starting to read it cover to cover. Very entertaining and the (not fake meat) recipes look delicious. Have a wonderful organic vegan Mexican local restaurant but this encompasses all the cuisines of Latin America. Yum!
