ذهن سليم مثل يك چاه ميمونه. براى رسيدن به اون بايد نسبت به ذهن هيجانى و ذهن منطقى دهن آگاه باشى. كمك گرفتن از شخص مورد اعتماد در موافع بحرانى در كمك به رسيدن به ذهن منطقى ميتونه كمك كننده باشه

I think this is one of the most brilliant workbooks ever. I don't have much experience with CBT, but when I lived in a different state and was wrongly diagnosed with BPD I had so much DBT and hated it. This workbook however seems to be geared for me and my desire to always progress on a path of improving my life.
