The politics and the swordplay were fun, as always, but I cannot emphasize enough how tragic it is that this flaming, cross-dressing bisexual ended with the predictable boy. Many such cases!!

I just love Katherine so much. She is witty and hard-working but also funny and naive at the same time. She's really endearing and you just can't help but root for her.
I'm so glad we got to meet Richard again ! I thought he was dead lmao. I'm very curious about what happened between him and Alec. And so far, I like Richard and Kat's relationship as master/student for now. He looks more like her uncle than Alec is.
