If you are trying to change something do it slowly and make it feel like a gentle improvement on the past. Make people come to you. Show vulnerability at times to people as they get closer to you. Make it seem like you are working as a team by making your improvements slowly and make it seem like they have control over your suggestions. Dont speak too much because other people will try fill the silence.

Let people think that they are smarter than you. If you seem to want something that you dont care about then people will be thrown off. Sometimes temporarily surrendering is the smartest decision. A devoted arm is extremely valuable. Have a reputation of being a little bit crazy because if you seem too nice then people will not be afraid to walk all over you. Make people think they have a choice when they dont.

By making what you can offer the world rare and hard to find, you increase value. The more you are seen and heard from, the less valuable your presence is.

When trying to figure out someones motives behind an action, look to see who it benefits in the end and work backwards. People will say almost anything to justify their actions, judge people on what they did not what they said. If your in a boxing ring and the boxer punches you in the face, you dont whine about the unfairness or cruelty because its part of the game, the same goes in life. Dont take things personally

An act of kindness is the most powerful form of distraction because it disarms their suspicion. Not everyone can be treated equally because some people are better at things than others. People cant envy what you have if they gave it to you so make it seem like they did. Be wary of people who are too quick to befriend.

when choosing people to work with, dont fall for their reputation, choose them based on their character. If someone gets really angry at you and it seems out of proportion it isnt entirely aimed at you, do not worry about the cause, keep your head while they are loosing theirs. When people try to explain them selves with over exaggerated energy or intense denial be wary.
