I don’t think I’ve ever read a romance where I was genuinely concerned if they would actually have a HEA but here I am.

I am THIS CLOSE to dnfing this one. The male character “snickered”??! Really? A grown ass man snickered. And so help me God, if the heroine chews on her lip one more time, I’m yeeting my Kindle out the window.

It’s ok, if not a bit silly. Here’s the thing, this book has some of my writing pet peeves: phrases like “she bit her lip” (not an injury) and “he winked at her” (supposedly a flirtatious move?) Ugh. I hate those phrases!

Omg!!! I need to finish this but I need sleep more.
