Better tips than I expected from blogs summarizing this book back when it came out. Interesting points about MVPs and pivots and some about productivity. Conclusion section though was all over the place to me though. Still a good book for anyone looking to do a startup.

Fascinating read, given I work for a technology organization that is supposed to bring cutting edge solutions to the post-secondary system.

Re-read, want to use this more at work, particularly the validating parts and the kanban board stuff.

"Thus, it is not the customer, but rather our hypothesis about the customer, that pulls work from product development and other functions. Any other work is waste" 결국 목적 지향적으로 가야한다는 얘기인 것 같은데, unsupervised learning이 주는 benefit도 많다고 믿기 때문에 동의할 수 없다.

Metrics should be: "actionable, accessible (understandable), and auditable"
