Rasoolullah ﷺ straightened the ranks of his companions on the day of Badr with an arrow which he had in his hand. As he passed by Sawad b. Ghaziyyah who was standing forward from the line in his eagerness to fight, Rasoolullah poked him in the stomach with the arrow and said, "Get into line, Sawad b. Ghaziyya." "Ya Rasoolullah ," he said, "you have hurt me! Allah has sent you with truth so allow me to retaliate!”
