Status Updates From Gospodin

I am almost done with this book and the author decided to detour with the writing and start talking about the landscape of Albania. Also the author is also introducing new characters and the book is almost over. Why is she doing this? There are still major and minor plots that need to be wrapped up. I am getting annoyed.
