Nunca me había detenido a pensar que una adicción impide el ejercicio de tu libre albedrío. Siempre lo he visto como un problema que te aísla o que te impide disfrutar de otras cosas, pero no directamente como un argumento en contra de la libertad. Y me parece una idea poderosa desde la que luchar contra una adicción.

I liked the first chapter a LOT. Actually doing a deep dive into the cognitive science of the algorithm and how social media systems affect our brains was really interesting. I liked the comparisons to well known scientific phenomena, such as Pavlov’s dog. It makes things easy to understand despite being complex.
