God I hope the husband has been told about the post by someone and she comes home to find the locks have been changed and all her stuff is out on the kerb.

...Or, y'know, you could just meet the girls' demands? Oh no, you can't give up your right to exploit the children. Why is this story set up like we should be cheering for these women to win? It makes no sense.

So the person Ruthie is a total fangirl of is asking her to hang out but she STILL wants to waste her time trying to suck up to Jessica? This logic is non-existent

FFS, why do you care about whether this woman replies to you? She's a bitch!

Am I really meant to be rooting for Ruthie? She suuuuucks.

Why did Ruthie even have a kid? She doesn't strike me as having that desire, she barely mentions her kid and when she does it's to complain about her, all she wants to do is go back to work.

Does Ruthie want to make friends or does she want to look for any opportunity to show off her professional skills.

This is not for me. I’m bailing after chapter one.

This book is so bad but I absolutely want to know what happens
