i've been a poor sleeper for 2+ decades & just deal with it as best i can... exercise, hydration, minimal OTC meds for whatever as needed. have tried melatonin, breathing exercises, herbs, specialty neural drinks, fancy phone apps, etc. really just need somebody to smack me over the head with a shovel at bed time every night.still, the readthrough on these was fine, if dull. may increase rating if something works.
