Culture of discipline. Sustain results means you need a culture of discipline that aligns it self individually with the hedgehog concept. Duality requires people who adhere to a specific system but gives them freedom in the system. Isn’t always about action. Is about getting people to make action through discipline to the system. Passion is so you have a passion for that thing. That company that product. Economic or resource engine. Money, Time, and Brand. Set goals and strategies based on understanding. You don’t need to be in a great industry.
