one of those books where i know it won’t happen but hope it suddenly turns into a horror and everyone dies at the end..

i’m expecting this book to draw me in and keep me absorbed for at least a day or two

ive been reluctant to get into longer stories
stories i can guess will be at least good enough to move me(?)
though thats a mistake
as the shit books ive read have been quick and literal stinking shit

i’m in a foul mood still

if this goes bad
i’ll likely stop or reread a comfort book
