It is hard to admit that there is a problem and it is harder to admit that help is needed. That you cannot fix this by yourself.
I have made it through the initial section that deals with what depression is and the various causes, beliefs, and myths. Now I am moving on the to interactive part of the book where the real work will begin.
I must say though that after the first part I do feel much better.
