More short stories I've really enjoyed. I see myself re-reading and reading again, because I feel like each time I'll be bringing something different with me.

I'm going to take some time with the last 2 chapters to sit on what they brought up. "Things I learned while cleaning my mini blinds" remind me to look around and "smell the roses" so to speak; reminds me that the breath is an essential tool that can be used to calm oneself and bring about self peace. "Yoga found me" was poignant and reminded me that just because you aren't looking, doesn't mean it not there.

Thought provoking; I'm enjoying reading this slowly with ample time to ponder on my thoughts between sittings.

I believe that when people play the “lack-of-flexibility” card, they are really exposing a mental lack of flexibility, not a physical one. Not being open to new experiences.

Never underestimate the power of example, for you never know who may be watching.
