The “Gloria Scott” - 5/10 - This is pitched as Sherlock’s origin story, but his detective work has very little to do with the solving of the actual mystery. Meh. It’s fine.

The Stock-Broker’s Clerk - 6/10 - Pretty good. It’s kind of a re-tread of The Red-headed League but a little less goofy and whimsical. Solid though.

The Yellow Face - 6/10 - Cute! Racially quite dated (not in the way you’d think based on the title) but undoubtedly well-intentioned. Still, one of the better Sherlock stories. Consistently entertaining with a satisfying ending.

Silver Blaze - 5/10 - Definitely clever but nothing more, really.
