Not very nuanced…
It credibly makes clear what’s not working and the need for change, but I find it a bit naive and binary in its suggested solutions. It’s suggested solutions are oversimplified, the book would have been more rewarding if it had elaborated more on the pros and cons.
It sets the right direction, but does not provide the tools or the nuanced insights needed in how change.
