So I have just finished Book 1 of the Trilogy.
The novel is well written but can be difficult to get into as the Author dives a tad bit to deep into different famous Scientists, Physics and Alchemy concepts which went over my head, which made getting into the book from the get go difficult. But after 15 chapters, it thankfully died down and became less technical and got more focused on the story development.

I have finished chapter four of the first book, A discovery of Witches, and I’m quite pleased with the content so far. The first person POV still feels a bit weird but not unpleasant. The protagonist is sharp and has her priorities straight, and I LOVE IT.
