"Often when we walk, we are already talking to someone next to us, or thinking of what we have to do next, or even staring at our phone, not looking at where we are or where we're going. When you walk, try to just walk. Try not to walk and talk at the same time. If you need to say something, stop altogether and say it. It won't take too much more time."

never heard of jogging/running meditation but it makes sense- i did it sometimes unknowingly as a teen
a wave only lasts a few seconds but it returns to its ocean body
-birth/death- waves- thought of Uncle Johnny, Shawn, and his sons, so sad but also some joy
