Status Updates From Patti Smith: Dream of Life

Decided I wanted my own copy so returned to library. Thot I ordered one used, but guess not. Need to look into it.

Wasn't what I hoped for. Didn't finish.

Gasp, gasp ! Ordered from library, picked up yesterday.It's HUGE, thick and large pages, and it's heaven to look thru, read the bit of text; her self portrait in pen and ink and watercolor magnificent. Want a copy to frame, hang. She's my alter ego, and I thrill to share her life, see my not-quite life, thru her eyes, sensibilities. Now I MUST buy a copy so I can peruse it at my leisure, altho cramped for space.
