Erin *Proud Book Hoarder* is 58% done

I know the girl is unrealistically sheltered, but I've determined she simply isn't that bright either. Having the MC use words like "tummy" for stomach is too youngish - and it's not even YA. I like the book in part, but the MC is sadly obnoxious. And planning to continue sharing a toothbrush is NEVER sexy.

She's never been to school but apparently qualified to for a GED or diploma at age 12--Okay Matilda. But she doesn't know what sex is....also I find it really awkward reading since she is only 16...

Also one paragraph they are eating breakfast and then the next it's suddenly bedtime??? I'd like some sort of hint there has been time passing.
