Status Updates From Tripwire (Jack Reacher, #3)

Finished Chapter 9 - took a scary turn for the worse. Time for Reacher to kick some more ass!

Almost through Chapter 9 as the rainy day here in Michigan continues…

Finished Chapter 8 at VH1, casual vacation morning here just relaxing over a late breakfast and staying in from the rain.

Partway through the next chapter and I’m into new territory now…

Finished Chapter 7 sitting in the sun at the Country Club - that read fast. I’m still not quite to the last part of the story I heard in the audio book but getting closer!

Finished Chapter 6 while sitting at the Spring Lake Country Club with Veronica. Soaking up the sun. Gorgeous Michigan day.

Read partway through Chapter 6 during lunch after helping Larry with yard work - feeling great about our progress

Chapter 5 was a quick read over my breakfast coffee with Lucy nestled on the chair in our breakfast nook in Spring Lake.

Finished Chapter 4 over breakfast and coffee.

Read a bit more before bed after enjoying dinner with the Leljedal crew at Village Baker, playing at the playground at Mulligan’s Hollow with Jon’s kids, and then enjoying the Grand Haven musical fountain with Larry

And Chapter 2 while lunch settled a bit more before I head outside to clean the deck.

Read Chapter 1 after lunch - already an intriguing read and good to refresh my mind of the early parts of this story.

I was perhaps 40% or so through the audio book, which was really good, but didn’t finish before needing to return this. Checked this out from the library for some purely recreational reading over vacation.

The fact that the writer has a General naming his beloved child Jody is very distracting.

It is one of two Reacher books I hadn't read for some reason. Very well written. Good story. As usual I can't fault it.
