You can't beat a Reacher novel.

I always get sucked in immediately to Jack reacher books. I don't get the bad reviews. if you don't like the books don't read them. wtf! really

Enjoying this so far. Typical Jack Reacher, but still so good!

Wow!! So many twists and turns! So many bad guys! Can't wait to find out the WHY!!

Abandoned, far too much gratuitous overly described violence

These books are not my typical genre... and while the first two were okay reads, I'm struggling to get thru this one. The books are very "James Bond-esque". An unrealistically skilled hero with a different girl each book. Maybe I'm too much of a romantic, but I think I would prefer these books with out a "love" interest and the author just stuck with the thriller/action plot.

What's with all the freaky table moving? Reacher's lack of reaction and her weird I-need-to-jump-into-your-arms-like-a-little-girl thing is just overdone and too too much. Lee Child you are not a romance writer.

Why would Hobie go to Stone's house? There's speeding up the process and then theres' just negligence. He should listen to Tony, the secretary, more.

Good twist but not all together surprising. The whole romance writing is just terrible though. I'm not impressed with this story so far it's not even average.

The conclusion of these two buffoons getting the wrong address from the secretary is pretty obvious. It isn't masked by the massive descriptions of modes of transport to Garrison, New York.

Very good start to the book but now the pacing seems off. It was very fast paced but now the descriptions of driving routes and traffic is boring. I get that the author is establishing the pace of this entire book occurring over the course of potentially a day, but this travel log is unnecessary and boring.
