I finally started reading this book last night. Although the subject matter is difficult, I am enjoying the book. The photographs add a personal element to the book. I also like the quotations at the beginning of the chapters. Ms. Williamson's writing is very readable.

This is sooo sad,I was poor but happy and well taken care of,it's hard to read all this hurt, terror and all else in her life,to know hopefully in the end .she'll overcome the horrors past

It's hurtful in a way to read this, but hopefully to see her rise above it.
