I am in the middle of essays season and decided to start a book while high, it was an interesting experience and I will be finishing it hopefully
So far is interesting but nothing special

I didn't read what this was about to be honest, just picked it at the library. This is very deep and heavy. Well written.

So far, this book is about a girl who wants to make friends and fit in, but she’s holding back because she has a secret, she used to be called Andrew and she’s scared it’s going to find a way of getting out

Loving the relationship between Amanda and Grant hop it continues

Clearly I enjoy this book

You know when you get one chapter into a new book and you’re like omg, I love it already? This one, oof. Right in the feels out of the gate.

The ending is sweet. I like the afternote. It does clarify a few things.

I sympathize with Amanda's father. I also pity him. I don't know what drove him to alcoholism, but it seems like he has an interesting backstory.

i love all of Amanda's friends. They are all queens.

I don’t get the people who say this book isn’t good because “it’s nothing special” this is making me feel so good and so bad ate the same time. I’m not trans but I’ve seen first hand what it can do to end a persons life and either way I am an Lgbtq+ person in a family of conservative christians so all I can say is this book it giging me understanding and most important, hope.
