There's really not much of a plot here but I'm still liking it well enough.

I really like how Anna told Jeremy about more of the reasons why she was iLA. What she did to Paige was horrible, but I could completely understand her reasoning behind it: she was doing it for her friend and didn't realize it would have consequences. It's the harsh reality of cyber-bullying that seems harmless but ends up hurting.

I didn't get a chance to read yesterday because I saw a theatre show, and this week is another busy one for me so we'll see how it goes. The stuff about Sharon Tate was heartbreaking, though.

That shopping scene was absolutely hysterical XD. This book has some fantastic snappy dialogue.

That poker game was great! Anna owned Josh like a boss. I also think she and Jeremy may be a couple (which would be super cute). I also find her struggles on maybe being a little bit prettier to fit in with the LA crowd as relatable instead of the usual aggravation. It's most likely because I really like her as a narrator and as the cynical person she is.

Poor Anna. She just got used by some nasty actress in a shopping spree that she wasn't supposed to have. I still think this book is pretty good.

This has been a very observational book, which is probably why I like it so much. Anna's narration perfectly captures her situation with her family (which sounds really sad now, actually; her mother was really rude about not wanting Anna back because of her own diagnosis) and also just her general thoughts. It's been pretty good.

This book is truly hilarious. I don't think I've chuckled this much for a while.

This chapter offered information about Charles Manson, which I was thankful about. I'm curious to see how Anna's summer in LA will play out, but I also am excited to see the connections between the Manson girls and her life. I also really liked the phone conversation between her and her stepmom.

The first chapter was a lot of setup, but the second one was absolutely snarky and hilarious. I enjoyed Anna's jabs at her half-sister's "boyfriend". I'm excited to see where the Manson girl research will go.

I just finished the prologue. I'm really interested to see where this book goes, as Anna, our narrator, definitely has a lot of dark snark to her. Only time will tell.

Mental patient was just used as a slur. No thanks.
