The first chapter was a lot of setup, but the second one was absolutely snarky and hilarious. I enjoyed Anna's jabs at her half-sister's "boyfriend". I'm excited to see where the Manson girl research will go.

SO CLOSE TO BEING DONE BUT NOT QUITE AUGH! The sister fight and the friend e-mail were both brutal as heck. I know that Anna wasn't trying to be selfish, and I absolutely loved her statements about feeling like the bad guy and that she never intends herself to be a horrible person. Overall, this has been a mostly strong book with very powerful messages. The only problem is the loose plot.

It looks like there was more going on with Delia than we first thought. Anna's been deceived, and I can't help but feel sorry for her. There was a really strong passage that reflected on how her family can throw away old relationships and start new ones easily, and that broke my heart too.

Chapter 14 was both darkly tongue-in-cheek and depressing. It brought up an absolutely amazing question and showed that Roger, Delia's ex, is an absolute creep. I'm not a big fan of the slight romance drama that's occurring with Jeremy, but it's not the main focus of the book, so I can deal. Overall, this is definitely good.

I really like how Anna told Jeremy about more of the reasons why she was iLA. What she did to Paige was horrible, but I could completely understand her reasoning behind it: she was doing it for her friend and didn't realize it would have consequences. It's the harsh reality of cyber-bullying that seems harmless but ends up hurting.

I didn't get a chance to read yesterday because I saw a theatre show, and this week is another busy one for me so we'll see how it goes. The stuff about Sharon Tate was heartbreaking, though.
