I just realised this is the same person who wrote Milk Fed and if I knew that I don’t think I would’ve started reading this. At minimum, I am enjoying the personal insight into why she had written a book like that in the first place.

Concept (no one chooses to be born) is really overdone. Lots of cringe millenial girl-boss speak and excessive therapy language/concepts. Feels like she just learned some very basic things about herself in therapy and then wrote about them in a buzzfeed article.
