Heartbreaking. And oh my god raoul is obsessive he genuinely enrages me. So gripping, I’m hooked

I’m enjoying this book thus far. The book dives into the complex relationships of Christine Daae, Raoul, and Erik the mysterious phantom of the opera house. Throughout the book, the novel describes the constant search for love Raoul has for Christine, and how he’ll do anything to achieve it. The phantom is constantly described as this mysterious being, constantly on the run.
