He has accepted and embraced the fact that the gods are not in his favor. The punishments from the gods that will come will be nothing new and he is ready for it. As Odysseus has nothing more to lose, he is willing to face their wrath.

I can infer that Penelope is being sad and worried due to the fact that Telemachus is going to look for his father and Penelope might be worried that he will end up with the same fate as his father, which is being missing for 18 years.

i can infer that Telemachus is feeling brave and maybe excited because he was visited by the god Athena and that he is going to search for his long lost father ever since he was a child
