This book is really making me think about how much data I put out there. Even this little comment I’m writing. Who will see it? What will they use it for? Will they target me with ads? Will they know my interests? This plot is captivating me because it could totally happen in reality and that is very scary.

Beginning to be pulled in by the story. The way Deaver writes from the perspective of Unsub 522 is terrifyingly convincing. What a scary character he is. When people are so calculated like that it makes them even more frightening. I want to turn away and read more at the same time. It’s weird that I’m only 78 pages in and I feel like I already hit a plot point I expected much later in the story.

Now it’s getting good. Although it seems like they have it all figured out (besides the actual perp) I bet it’s going to reveal itself to be something much bigger and more complex. At least I hope so.

Good start to the book. Not dying to keep reading but I’m certainly intrigued. I’m curious to know what’s going to happen next… and also where the books title comes into play.

I must say im not loving this one as i did the previous one. Too much reminiscing that isnt even interesting. The long dialogues at SSD to me seems just a bit to dry. Alot if this comes across very slowly.
