This is everything I could've wanted in a vampire story

This popped up as available on Libby and is a Graphic Audio, so I decided to give it a listen. I'm hooked! It's such a fun and entertaining story!

Think the author missed the date part

I went into this book with no expectations and found it surprisingly entertaining. The structure, however, feels more like a collection of loosely connected short stories than a cohesive novel. Each new adventure includes character reminders and reintroductions that would probably be helpful for readers who take their time with the book, but since I finished it in two days, the repetition became grating for me.

Yikes, awful lot of casual fat shaming and body objectification in the first chapter. The story isn’t interesting enough to overlook.

This author keeps on calling grown women "girls". It's weird! Especially since he's calling a 35-year-old a girl.

This is interesting how each section is a different novella. I wonder why the author made that choice. Especially since this next section is only a couple weeks after the first story. Like, why explain things all over again in the same book?
