There are definitely some interesting recipes in this book, a few have some weird common ingredients (oatmeal for instance) and have little fruit. There are recommended nutrients for different aspects of health with complimenting smoothies. That takes most of the pages in the book that the manual lacks. I'm soon approaching the info on the menu plans.
