Yup, still a hard read. Even further down into the healing process it sucks to read. But it still helps to read, and know I'm not alone.

Ugh. Flashbacks about finding out. But it helps to know I'm not alone in the feelings this caused for me.

Have to read in chunks. The part where the affair becomes tangible hits too hard.

Reading this is so SO hard. But it is also validating, especially when my husband (who is reading this simultaneously) confirms what I had been suspecting for over a year: I wasn't "misunderstanding" the situation.

And being validated in that way, by other people's experiences and my husbands growing inability to hide from our own...I don't feel so alone in it anymore.
