I am getting into it...but question in general for all....if an author sets up that it's cold for example by saying that the person turned their collar up against the cold...do you need that information repeated every time a character goes outside? I got it...its cold...maybe change it up...their fingers numb from the cold...or the wind sent a chill through the bones...
