Mostly about challenging the education system so far so not as expected. However some useful pointers in how to create change organizationally.

Transmit. . if you have embraced the nature of change and mastered the process of change, then it should happen imperceptibly, like the daily growth of a child.

Lead.. our ability to change, to lead change and to live change is entirely dependent on the way we behave and the conditions our behaviour creats around us.

Choose.. be prepared to take the plunge and find somebody to help give you a timely push.

Develop.. To make change happen, you need to rediscover the skills and tools that so many of us have forgotten.

Share.. people need people. that is why change cannot be successful if it is tackled alone.

visualize. . vision is vitally important individually and professionally for all of us, not just those who are paid to lead.

Question.. "I live in a world of personal action research: have an idea, work it through until it feels right, and give it a go. then analyse the results."

Refresh. . The world is 2.0 and we are still 1.0 . we need a complete reboot.
