Status Updates From Europe in the Middle Ages

Just started this book again. Very dense with words I don't use or even know, I'm making a list. A scholarly history from end of Rome. So much of our world was formed here. This book 700+ pages, so thoroughly researched is a wonder to read. Like a grand meal rich and savory. It will take time to finish.
