depois do final de "Crescendo" eu fui OBRIGADA a ter que começar esse aqui no maior desespero pra poder saber o que iria acontecer mesmo já tendo uma mínima noção. estou levemente obcecada por essa fanfic. as vezes tudo que gente precisa é de uma leitura boba sem sentido que não vai nos agregar em nada.

Even three books in, I still haven’t been able to “buy” Patch and Nora’s love story because they have no meaningful conversations or time spent together. When they talk, it’s either Patch making sexual innuendos or they’d talk about how they fight the evil. And time spent together is almost exclusively physical, no…comfortable silence. So, when Patch says romantic things to Nora, I’m not swept away.

Well, Patch has gotten a bit better as a boyfriend…I guess. I’d still scream and run for the hills, away from his romantic archetype, though. Different strokes for different folks, you know? ❤️

I do not like Nora’s mother very much, even back in book 1. Something (everything?) about here is so gross to me. Like, just downright gross. Could my mind be changed as the series progresses? Sure. But…a lot of times even when characters change for the better or worse, my initial feelings for them don’t change. She is just one gross woman.
