Ugh love this book. I am so far enjoying the fact that I get to learn about the rich history of food that, as Filipino, get to consume on a daily basis while simultaneously learning more about our country’s history and how it ties to how our cultural heritage developed and continues to do so, and about food from places in the Philippines I’m unfamiliar with.
