Fast paced

The title of this book is very true in itself! It’s is a brief history, with short recounts of events and a couple of interesting facts in each section. I am enjoying it though! It’s quite refreshing to read something simple and to the point, without all of the unnecessary fluff!

Lots of great information, but it's written like bullet points within a paragraph. Sometimes those paragraphs felt poorly written, scattered or lost.

Really nice, got it as a present from a family member. For now, it really does give a nice overview of world history.

I’ve recently given myself a person goal to always have a non-fiction book on the go (alongside my growing obsession for massive smutty YA fantasy series’s 😅) ~ In an effort to add depth & breadth to my general knowledge of liberal arts... in particular world history, social sciences & the arts. So, I figured dipping into this little introductory/overview is a good place to start!
